I drunk dialed him last night and he said it. At least I think he did. It was almost offhand.
I didn't say it back cause I was drunk.
I'm seeing him tonight.

When you are sure, don't forget to say it often. We have a rule: no leaving the house, hanging up the phone, any sort of parting without saying "I love you." You never know what might happen and, if something happened to my Phil, I want "I love you" to be the last thing I said to him.
Lol @letopho. It was NOT after I popped his cherry but that is a good guess heh. We actually didn't get to that this weekend. Maybe next.
ReplyDeleteHe said it again in the afternoon on Saturday when we were on the street, and it was clear he had been thinking about it a lot. I'm really not good with any sort of public displays of affection (even in Chelsea!) so I felt like a jerk, but I didn't say it back til we got back on my block.
I wasn't sure about it, but I feel great, now that we've said it.
I also invited him to my friend's wedding in November after all, heh. It should be fun.
